  • Between $4 and $7 per square foot for complete Powerdrive Refinishing 

(roughly $350 a day for labor + materials)

This process is a complete restoration of your real wood floor.  Includes hanging plastic to cover things like cabinets, windows and doorways to non-hardwood rooms.  Powerdrive rough sanding, filling, Powerdrive mesh fine sanding, staining, a sealer coat, and 2 residential or commercial grade finish coats.

Choose any of Duraseal or Bona's 50 stain colors for your real wood floor.  Samples will be provided onto your existing floor so that you can see exactly what the color will look like.

• $350 + 40 cents per square foot for Screen and Coats 

(pricing example: for a 1,000 square foot home, this would cost $750). 

This process provides you a new protective clear coating on your fairly good looking floor.  This process doesn’t repair significant or even moderate damage.  This is great for floors that are already in fairly good condition, but are slightly worn out from scuffing, due to regular foot traffic.  This is a very light sanding and application of a single coat of commercial grade waterbase finish, extending the life of your floor.
